Dr. Anthony Milazzo
Dr. Milazzo focuses his practice on general, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He sees many of the patients in our practice who require full mouth dental rehabilitation. His 25 years of experience and sound clinical judgment are essential attributes for treating such complex cases.
Dr. Milazzo attended Loyola University’s College of Arts and Sciences in Chicago, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science in 1982. In 1986 he graduated with clinical honors in prosthodontics from the Loyola University College of Dentistry, where he received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree.
After graduation, he entered practice with Dr. Arthur E. DeVol, Jr., who had practiced dentistry in the town of Oswego for over 30 years, and was soon to retire. When Dr. DeVol retired in 1987, Dr. Milazzo assumed management responsibility of the practice.
In 1992 Dr. Milazzo relocated his office from downtown Oswego to a new facility on Route 71 . Dr. MacDonald joined Dr. Milazzo’s practice in 2013 and has played an integral role in expanding the practice’s office hours.
Dr. Milazzo is an active participant in many continuing education classes throughout the year. He is a member of the A.D.A. (American Dental Association), I.S.D.S. (Illinois State Dental Society), F.R.V.D.S. (Fox River Valley Dental Society), and the C.D.S. (Chicago Dental Society).

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Milazzo and Ann. I called to ask for a consultation and got an appointment the next morning. Upon arriving we were greeted and shown to the back. My husband (70 yrs old) had a baby tooth that needed to be pulled but he is on blood thinners and has an LVAD (heart pump) and we always encounter people not wanting to help him because of his medical condition. But Dr Milazzo and his assistant Ann were like a breath of fresh air! They took great care of my husband and he got in there and pulled the tooth without a problem. It was amazing to be in a dentist office with such caring kind professional’s. We have found our dentist.

Our family needed to find a new dentist since ours retired. We were going to him for over 35 years so picking a new office was a little nerve racking. From the very beginning the office made us feel very welcome. Dr Milazzo, Sally and the whole staff are the best. THE BEST. I was a mess and had been in pain for a long time before finally finding Dr. Milazzo. I spent a lot of time and a lot of money going to another dentist that just kept making everything worse…I was literally living on protien drinks because it hurt too much to chew. It took a little time (I needed a lot of work done) but Dr Milazzo fixed everything and I can finally eat again.
